Pro=abortion protesters marched in front of the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh Sunday evening, chanting threats as they slowly paraded by.
Person on left was one of the chant leaders calling out “Cut his time short!” as the marchers were in front of Justice Kavanaugh’s home. Screen image.
The protesters chanted in call and response as they marched past a line of police in front of Kavanaugh’s Chevy Chase, Maryland home, “Cut his time short! A rapist should not rule the court!” and “No privacy for us! No peace for you!”
Video of the protest was posted to Twitter by the Daily Signal’s Mary Margaret Olohan.

Kavanaugh’s home has been the target of protests since a draft leak in May of last year of the Dobbs abortion decision overturning Roe and Casey that returned the matter of abortion to the states. The final decision was was released in June.
A lone gunman showed up at Kavanaugh’s home one night in June intending to assassinate the justice but got cold feet and was arrested nearby.
Weekly protests have taken place at the homes of the six conservative justices on the Court since the Dobbs leak.
Kavanaugh was falsely accused of rape during his confirmation hearings in 2018 with wild, unproven stories from his high school and college years.
As Olahan notes, protesting at justices’ homes to influence the Court is against the law.
A reminder that 18 US Code 1507 forbids picketing or parading “in or near” a building or residence occupied by a judge with the intent of “obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer” pic.twitter.com/o2hslSpzBj

No arrests were reported from tonight’s threatening protest.
The protesters’ campaign of threats and intimidation is relentless, not even pausing after the day of assassination attempt on Kavanaugh last June.
Early this morning a left wing activist tried to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh at his home. This evening protesters showed up outside his house. How in the world are all of them not immediately arrested for violating federal law? This is insanity. pic.twitter.com/MFJz3Rp163
